Districtwide Professional Development Tracking, Compliance Training, and Safety Management Platform

The Itawamba County School District is requesting proposals for the provision of a comprehensive, web-based Districtwide Professional Development Tracking, Compliance Training, and Safety Management Platform. The work of this contract includes: Tracking and managing professional development activities for district staff Maintaining employee training records and certifications Providing mandatory compliance and safety training for all employees Supporting Mississippi-required training and reporting expectations Improving districtwide accountability, documentation, and reporting capabilities Streamlining administrative processes through a centralized online system Enabling staff access to training and evaluations from any location or device The Itawamba County School District (ICSD) is the entity requesting these services. This contract aims to enhance operational efficiency, support accreditation and compliance efforts, foster employee growth opportunities, and strengthen district safety and accountability through a unified digital platform.
