Background

Caledonia Community Schools is seeking bids for the District Multimedia Upgrades project, which aims to enhance multimedia and digital signage systems across multiple school facilities. Duncan Lake Middle School 4. Dutton Elementary School 5. Emmons Lake Elementary 6. Kettle Lake Elementary 7. Kraft Meadows Intermediate School 8. Paris Ridge Elementary.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide a bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, either as a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the Owner. Additionally, selected contractors will need to furnish performance and payment bonds equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. Bidders must also comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including safety regulations.
