Background

Ciber Pathway Inc. has been providing specialized technology support services to the City of Santa Fe since 2019, initially through a Statewide Price Agreement. As the City's technology needs have evolved, the City has pursued subsequent sole source solicitations to continue these essential services. This contract aims to enhance the operational efficiency of municipal functions through expert support in various technology applications.

Work Details

The contract includes comprehensive support for Tyler Munis applications and business processes, specifically: - Payroll implementation and ongoing support - Human Capital Management (HCM) year-end processing - Leave accrual configuration and maintenance - Finance audit reporting and assistance with audits - Billing operations and Tyler Cashiering support - Ongoing system administration, troubleshooting, configuration, reporting, and end-user support. Additionally, Ciber Pathway Inc. provides technical support for UKG Kronos TeleStaff, including system upgrades and integrations. The company also assists with the migration from EnerGov to OpenGov, ensuring a seamless transition and continued operational efficiency.

Period of Performance

The contract is set for a period of 12 months, commencing from July 2026 to June 2027.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed primarily at the City of Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Ciber Pathway Inc. is recognized as the sole source provider for these specialized services due to their extensive experience with the City's systems and proprietary knowledge of Tyler Munis applications. No alternative vendors were found capable of meeting the unique requirements of this contract.
