Autonomous Robotic Floor Scrubber and Sweeper Equipment, Installation, Training, Warranty, and Support

Background

The School District of Greenville County (District) is seeking proposals for the provision of Autonomous Robotic Floor Scrubber and Sweeper Equipment, including installation, training, warranty, and support. The District serves approximately 78,000 students and 11,000 employees across more than 100 schools and facilities. This solicitation aims to enhance the cleaning capabilities within the District's facilities through advanced robotic technology.

Work Details

The contractor will provide a total of 111 autonomous sweeper/scrubber sets: 56 sets consisting of Cenobots L50 Scrubbers and SP50 Vacuum Sweepers, and 55 sets consisting of Gausium Omnia Scrubber 50 and Vacuum 40. The scope includes delivery, installation, deployment, programming, training, warranty support, and ongoing technical support. All equipment must be new and include necessary components such as charging docks, workstations, software for fleet management, and mobile applications. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all machines operate autonomously with minimal human intervention. The work also includes setup of plumbing connections for workstations and electrical connections for charging stations. A minimum warranty period of 24 months on all parts is required.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed over a period of one year from the date of award. Installation and deployment of all machines must occur within six weeks after issuance of the purchase order.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at various locations within Greenville County Schools as determined by the District upon issuance of the purchase order.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must have trained technicians capable of servicing the proposed machines within a 25-mile radius of Greenville, South Carolina. The provider must be headquartered in South Carolina. No recurring fees for services or equipment will be accepted in the bid response.
