Background

The Hanna Water and Sewer District (HWSD) is issuing this solicitation for the construction of a warehouse and office building, along with associated waterline services. The goal of the contract is to enhance the infrastructure of HWSD, which plays a critical role in providing water and sewer services to the community. Work Details

The project involves constructing a 60 ft x 40 ft warehouse and office building. Additionally, it includes the installation of a 4-inch water line, yard hydrant, water service, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The contract also requires various appurtenant items necessary for the completion of the project.

Period of Performance

The project must be completed within 90 calendar days from the start date.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide bid security as specified in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. A cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond must be made payable to Hanna Water and Sewer District in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Bid bonds must be underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
