Background

The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) and Aging and Independence Services (A&IS) are seeking proposals for a Client Management Software System to support programs not funded by state multi-fund grants. As the federally designated Area Agency on Aging (AAA), ARC aims to develop long-range plans for the growing population of older adults, ensuring their independence, health, and well-being.

Work Details

The contract requires the provision of a comprehensive Client Management Software System that includes: - Comprehensive intake, assessments, service planning, approvals, and follow-up workflows. - Improved data quality, auditability, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations. - Support for accurate billing and financial reconciliation. - Real-time tracking of cases, services, outcomes, and workloads. - Flexible reporting and analytics for management and performance improvement. - Integration capabilities with other software systems. - Role-based access control. - Data migration from legacy systems ensuring full data portability. - Compliance with HIPAA standards. The software must be cloud-based (SaaS) with specific configurations as defined by agency requirements including testing, training, support & maintenance, documentation, and ongoing upgrades.

Period of Performance

The contract is intended for an initial term of one year with options to renew for up to four additional terms based on satisfactory performance. The system must go live by January 1, 2027.
