TECH - Staff Laptops 26/27

Background

Collegium Charter School is seeking to procure laptops for its staff for the 2026/2027 school year. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all staff members are equipped with reliable and efficient computing devices to support their educational and administrative tasks.

Work Details

The contractor will provide a total of 75 laptops meeting the following specifications: - 15.6" Lenovo Thinkpad laptop (or equivalent brand/model) - Minimum AMD Ryzen 7 or other AMD equivalent processor - Windows 11 operating system

Minimum 16GB RAM

- Minimum 256GB SSD storage - Wi-Fi enabled - Bluetooth enabled - Integrated camera - At least one HDMI port - Default warranty.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed from the date of award until the delivery of the laptops, which is expected to be completed by June 25, 2026.

Place of Performance

The laptops will be delivered to Collegium Charter School's designated location as specified in the solicitation documents.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a non-collusion affidavit as part of their bid submission. There are no specific set-aside certifications mentioned in the solicitation.
