Background

The Board of Commissioners of Columbia County is seeking bids for the provision of emergency back-up generators. Work Details

The contract involves supplying and installing backup generators at three specified locations: Columbia County Exhibition Center, Columbia County Fire Station 16, and Building C at the Columbia County Government Complex. Bidders are required to submit complete proposals in one general contract format using electronic forms provided. Each proposal must include a Bid Bond amounting to at least five percent (5%) of the total bid. This ensures that if awarded, the bidder will enter into a contract and provide Performance and Payment Bonds as mandated by law.

Bidders must possess a State of Georgia General Contractor’s License and a Columbia County Business License. All bids must include a Bid Bond as specified. Letters of credit are not accepted.
