Background The Naval Hospital Bremerton (NHB) is seeking to implement an Electronic Security System (ESS) to enhance security measures in alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) standards. The goal of this contract is to deliver a fully functional and integrated ESS that complies with various applicable publications and regulations, ensuring the safety and security of the facility. Work Details The contractor shall deliver a fully functional and integrated Electronic Security System (ESS) for NHB, which includes: - Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Video Surveillance Systems (VSS). - Compliance with applicable publications such as DoDI 2000.16, CNSSI 1253, and various Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC). - Coordination with local Multi-Service Markets (eMSMs) and Base/Post/Camp communication personnel for network connections. - Provision of all necessary security certification documentation to support DoD Information Assurance (IA) requirements. - Maintenance of cybersecurity protocols including regular updates, vulnerability assessments, and adherence to Risk Management Framework (RMF) guidelines. - Warranty and post-warranty service maintenance agreement for equipment provided under the contract, ensuring ongoing compliance with security standards.
