The Seattle Convention Center (SCC), a King County public facilities district, has issued this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify qualified firms and individuals to provide specialized legal services that support the operations of the SCC. Work Details

The selected consultant will provide specialized legal services that include: - Advising on hospitality law - Drafting and negotiating contracts related to events and facility use - Ensuring compliance with regulatory matters such as ADA accessibility and liquor licensing - Supporting litigation or disputes involving contracts or operational issues. The specific Scope of Work is detailed in Attachment C of the RFQ.

Period of Performance

The contract period is expected to commence on August 1, 2026, and conclude by July 31, 2029. The SCC reserves the right to extend the contract for two additional one-year terms at its discretion.
