The purpose of this Source Sought Notice is to obtain the following information: (1) The availability and capability of qualified sources; (2) Whether they are a small or large business relative to their size classification under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition 238990- All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a small business size standard of $19 Million.
On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) the United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a requirement for Construction Project Services CSS#88840, Repair the posts of the Military Equipment Parking (MEP) fence and expansion of the MEP lot at the PFC Roy M Reynolds U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC) in Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101 (Facility WV046). Attached DRAFT Specification of Work for reference. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these services or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this notice and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers.

Background The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is seeking qualified sources for construction project services on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD). The goal of this contract is to repair the posts of the Military Equipment Parking (MEP) fence and expand the MEP lot at the PFC Roy M Reynolds U.S. Army Reserve Center located in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
