This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect from the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Parts and Deviations and DFARS Publication Notice 20260507. The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 & Statutory Authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) Only one responsible source. However, all quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. Schedule I (Outbound) packing, containerization, and local drayage services. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, except as specified herein as government furnished, for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services through the Direct Procurement Method (DPM). Work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the associated Item Numbers identified on Attachment (1), Schedule I of the Pricing Worksheet. Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price.
