This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov (https://sam.gov/). Solicitation number N0060426Q4022 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect from the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Parts and Deviations and DFARS Publication Notice 20260507. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 484210 and the Small Business Standard is $34.0 Mil. This is a Sole Source Bridge Requirement, and the Small Business Office concurs with the decision. The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 6.103-1& Statutory Authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) Only one responsible source found in section 12.102 of the FAR Overhaul. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes, quotes, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Schedule III (Intra-City) packing, containerization, and local drayage services. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, except as specified herein as government-furnished, for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel for shipment and or storage and related services through the Direct Procurement Method (DPM). Work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the associated Item Numbers identified on Attachment (1), Schedule III of the Pricing Worksheet. Background The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Pearl Harbor, is issuing this solicitation for a Sole Source Bridge Requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1).
