Work Details

EOTSS seeks quotes from qualified vendors under the statewide contract ITS86 Category 1 for the Pope Tech Assessment Tool. The specific requirements include: - Purchase of the Pope Tech Professional Plan (enterprise pricing). - The tool is expected to scan approximately 100,000 pages and 100,000 documents with around 50 users accessing it. - EOTSS reserves the right to procure additional related products and services as necessary.

Period of Performance

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered on the statewide contract ITS86 Software and Service Category 1. They are required to comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements regarding data types specified in the RFQ, including but not limited to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI). Bidders must also demonstrate adherence to Enterprise Information Security Standards and Policies.
