Collins Hall Restroom Renovation

Background

South Georgia State College (SGSC) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for the renovation of restrooms in Collins Hall. The project aims to enhance the facilities by replacing outdated plumbing fixtures and improving accessibility. This aligns with the college's commitment to providing a safe and compliant environment for all users.

Work Details

The project includes the following tasks: - Replacement of all plumbing fixtures, partitions, cabinets, and countertops in six (6) restrooms. - Upgrading all lighting from T8 linear fluorescent to LED. - Adding light bars over vanities. - Painting walls. Additionally, two of the restrooms will have one toilet removed each to create stalls that comply with ADA standards.

Period of Performance

The work is expected to commence after the bid opening on June 30, 2026, with specific timelines to be discussed during the pre-bid meeting.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed at South Georgia State College, located at 100 W. College Park Drive, Douglas, GA.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 11, 2026, at 9:00 AM in Collins Hall lobby. All bids must be submitted by 9:00 AM on June 30, 2026. Pricing must include all applicable costs for products or services, including shipping charges FOB Destination to Douglas, GA.
