Background

The subscription includes: 1. A one-time system implementation fee for setting up the online data collection and reporting system for Colorado at a cost of $3,000; 2. An annual licensing fee of $2,750 per community/agency for 28 funded prevention communities across Colorado, totaling $77,000 annually. The total estimated dollar amount for the life of the project (up to 5 years) is $400,000.
