Fruit Heights Citywide Street Maintenance and Asphalt Resurfacing

Background

Fruit Heights City is issuing a solicitation for the 2026 Street Maintenance Projects. This initiative aims to enhance the city's infrastructure through street maintenance and asphalt resurfacing. Work Details

The project consists of mill and overlay on various streets throughout the City. The Engineer’s Estimate for the project is $684,667.10. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted by bidders.

Period of Performance

The bids are due by July 8, 2026, at 10:00 am local time. Work is expected to commence shortly after contract award.

The work will be performed throughout various streets in Fruit Heights City, Utah.
