The organization plans to employ approximately 30 individuals with qualifying disabilities to perform these tasks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements regarding wages and benefits. All equipment used for these services will be owned or leased by NORTHBOUND ABILITIES INC., and they will not obligate public agencies to purchase tied products unless incidental to the janitorial services provided. Pricing for the services will be determined by DAS according to contract specifications.

Period of Performance

The suitability determination allows NORTHBOUND ABILITIES INC. to provide Janitorial Services as needed by public agencies in specified counties, subject to meeting the contracting agency's specifications and timelines.

Place of Performance

Janitorial Services will be provided in Multnomah, Washington, Yamhill, Columbia, Marion, Polk, Linn, Clackamas, Hood River, and Wasco counties in Oregon.

Bidder Requirements

NORTHBOUND ABILITIES INC. is recognized as an Oregon Forward Contractor compliant with ORS 279.835(5)(a)(b)(c) and OAR 125-055-0005 through 125-055-0040. They do not plan on using subcontractors without DAS consent.
