Submission Instructions

All bid documents must be submitted electronically via the designated website. Hard copy bid documents will no longer be accepted for any solicitation, including ITB, RFP, RFQ, or CMAR. Once the solicitation is released for bidding, bidders may begin preparing and uploading their responses and required documents. The NGEM system allows bidders to save their work prior to final submission. Bidders are encouraged to use this feature to ensure adequate time for review and to upload all required documents before the solicitation closes. After the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes and responses are unsealed electronically, a list of bidders/responders will be posted online for public viewing. To access this, click on Closed Bid Opportunities, select the specific opportunity, and scroll down to Bid Documents. The Bid Tabulation document will be available for review there.
