Background

Moyno Gear Joint Kit, E-Size, 2000 (KPE952), P/N: 4221055000 4. Moyno Rotor, 2E012, ALYSTL (C72EE1), P/N: 4054003607 5. Inspection Plate Gasket E-size (BF079Q), P/N: 4053000305 6. Moyno Packing Gland Half Esize (PG041D), P/N: 4240008007 7. Moyno Gear Joint Shell E size (PE0911), P/N: 4240060004 8. Moyno Drive Shaft SS E-G1 (PE0266), P/N: 4250717015 9. Freight costs must be bid as a firm fixed cost and shall not exceed the amount specified.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed from the date of award until June 10, 2026.

Place of Performance

The delivery location for all items is the York River Treatment Plant at 515 Back Creek Road, Seaford, VA 23696.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered suppliers with HRSD to submit a bid. They are required to provide certification that they are authorized to bind their company and meet all requirements outlined in the solicitation.
