Property Clean Up and Abatement Services

Background

Pinal County is seeking qualified contractors to provide on-call property cleanup and abatement services for the Code Compliance Division. The goal of this contract is to ensure prompt and efficient service in compliance with local ordinances and court orders. The County aims to establish a pool of contractors who can respond quickly and effectively to cleanup needs throughout Pinal County, addressing issues such as trash, debris, overgrown vegetation, and inoperable vehicles.

Work Details

The contractor will provide all necessary labor, equipment, transportation, disposal services, supervision, and materials required for property cleanup and abatement projects. Services include but are not limited to: removal of trash, debris, overgrown vegetation, abandoned materials, inoperable vehicles, and other items identified through enforcement actions. The contractor must also conduct site inspections within 72 hours of request and provide detailed written estimates that include all known costs associated with the project. The work must be performed safely and in compliance with applicable laws.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on September 1, 2026, and will remain in effect through August 31, 2027. There is an option to renew for four additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed throughout Pinal County as assigned by the Code Compliance Division.

Bidder Requirements

Contractors must possess all necessary licenses and permits to perform the required services. They must also maintain adequate insurance coverage as specified by the County. Contractors should demonstrate experience in property cleanup and abatement services and have sufficient personnel and equipment resources available.
