District-wide Purchase of Textbooks

Background

Chippewa Valley Schools, located in Clinton Township, Michigan, is seeking bids for the district-wide purchase of textbooks and software subscriptions. The goal of this contract is to fulfill the educational needs of the district by providing various textbooks that meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The District aims to ensure that all materials are delivered timely and meet quality standards.

Work Details

The successful bidder will provide various textbooks and software subscriptions on a unit price basis. All materials must be delivered in August 2026 after receipt of district purchase orders. Bidders must submit one original and one copy of the bid proposal form, bid pricing sheet, affidavits, and all required documentation. Required affidavits include:

Non-Collusion Affidavit

- Debarred Disclosure. The District reserves the right to not award the bid at all or to split the award among vendors based on its best interests.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed from June 9, 2026, when bids are published, until July 13, 2026, when awards are made. All materials must be delivered by August 2026.

Place of Performance

Deliveries will be made to various school buildings within Chippewa Valley Schools located in Clinton Township and Macomb County, Michigan.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide a sworn and notarized Iran Linked Business disclosure and a Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement. They must not be debarred or suspended from federal or state contracts and should have no business or personal relationships that would constitute a conflict of interest with Chippewa Valley Schools.
