All products must meet specified quality standards and be delivered F.O.B. to the City Warehouse.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and continue until June 30, 2027. There are options for renewal for up to four additional one-year periods based on satisfactory performance and budget approval.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including those regarding civil rights and rehabilitation statutes. The successful bidder must also provide proof of compliance with tax laws in Oregon and may not assign or subcontract without prior written approval from the City's Contract Administrator.
