The contractor will provide Families Together Building Solutions Services, which includes delivering 1,304 units annually to 28 clients. The services aim to assist families in achieving self-sufficiency and addressing transportation challenges within both rural and urban settings of Kalamazoo County. The proposal includes specific deliverables such as transportation assistance and support services, with a proposed rate of $125.55 per hour for the services rendered.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must demonstrate experience and past performance in similar services. The evaluation process considered factors such as bidder experience, education and qualifications, staffing plans, program implementation strategies, and vendor question responses. Bidders were also evaluated on their status as Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOB) or Geographically Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (GDBE).
