Day Hill Standpipe Electrical and Site Improvements

Scope of Work

The contract work involves providing all necessary labor, equipment, fees, permits, and related costs to complete electrical and control improvements at the MDC's Day Hill Standpipe. The primary tasks include: - Acquisition of a new electrical service - Installation of electrical and control conduits - Furnishing and installation of electrical and control equipment - Installation of a standby generator system - Construction of an electrical/controls shed - Site improvements such as clearing and grubbing, installation of plantings, fence demolition, and new fence installation The scope is strictly limited to electrical, control, and related site work as specified in the Contract Drawings. While standpipe improvements, vault construction, and associated work appear in the drawings for coordination, they are not part of this contract.
