The aircraft must comply with FAA guidelines and certification requirements. Additionally, the contractor must provide a digital press/media kit including high-resolution images and textual descriptions, as well as a video in HD format for local TV stations. The contractor will also be available for media interviews prior to the event. Period of Performance The period of performance is from August 6, 2026, through August 10, 2026. The contractor must arrive no later than 12:00 PM CST on August 7, 2026, for check-in and setup. Place of Performance Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska.
