Background The Fayetteville VA Medical Center (VAMC) is seeking a contractor to provide full-service Parking Attendant and Shuttle Operations. The goal of this contract is to improve access, reduce congestion, and ensure safe transportation for Veterans at multiple locations including the Fayetteville Health Care Center (HCC), Fayetteville VA Medical Center (VAMC), and Wilmington Health Care Center (HCC). Work Details The contractor shall provide seamless valet-style parking and shuttle transportation with continuous coverage during required hours. Performance standards include: operations available 100 percent of scheduled hours; no Veteran waits more than 5 minutes for parking assistance or shuttle boarding; contractor staff must greet all Veterans courteously upon approach.
