Jury Assembly Room (JAR) Kitchenette (approximately 500 sq. ft.) o Incorporate an adjacent office space into the current JAR kitchenette; o Upgrade electrical, lighting, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; o Replace countertops/cabinetry to improve food storage and preparation; o Upgrade finishes to match the JAR design; All surfaces to match current, with any accepted improvements; Final design must comply with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS); and Final design must include a phased construction plan that allows for independent construction projects and separate cost estimates for each identified Space. All bidders may request a site visit and will be accommodated. An initial Project Area drawing for this project is included with this RFQ. Due to the sensitivity of courthouse drawings and the Court's strict security standards, a more detailed schematic of each Space is not included. However, detailed space schematics can be provided, upon request.
