LOCATION

All orders shall be shipped to the following location: SEE STATEMENT OF WORK FOR LOCATIONS IN SC, GA and FL. Make sure that your UEI is updated/or registered via www.SAM.gov website. It is mandatory that your UEI number is active within SAM website before doing business with the Coast Guard.

For Solicitation Package

Please download/print the attachments which consists of Combined/Synopsis, the SOW (Statement of Work), RFQ SF-1449, table with locations, provisions and clauses, and wage determination. Read the solicitation package carefully. Please write your estimate on your own in-house estimate sheet along with your UEI number and Tax ID number. Also include a price breakdown in labor and materials. The Closing Date for Quote Submission is June 19th, 2026 at 11:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be LOWEST PRICE and most advantageous to the Government. The Government intends to award on an all or none basis to a responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and provides the Government with the best value. The evaluation and award procedures in FAR 13.106 apply, LOWEST PRICE. The Government intends to select one contractor for this acquisition. However, the Government reserves the right not to award a contract at all, depending on the quality of the proposals and prices submitted and the availability of funds.

Rejection of Unreasonable Offers

The Government may reject any quotation that is evaluated to be unreasonable in terms of program commitments, including contract terms and conditions, or unreasonably high or low in cost when compared to Government estimates, such that the proposal is deemed to reflect an inherent lack of competence or failure to comprehend the complexity and risks of the program.

Background The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking to procure monthly pest control services at various locations in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. The goal of this contract is to ensure the health and wellbeing of personnel at USCG facilities through the implementation of an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary management, licenses, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor. Work Details The contractor shall provide monthly pest control services at U.S. Coast Guard units. Key responsibilities include: - Development and implementation of an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan. - Provision of trained personnel and necessary tools/equipment. - Monthly inspections and pest management services during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 A.M. to 4 P.M.). - Compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations regarding pesticide use. - Quality control procedures to ensure effective pest management. Specific requirements include: 1. All contract employees applying pesticides must have a state pesticide application certificate/license. 2. The contractor must maintain current licenses/certificates for personnel. 3. All pesticide mixing and storage must occur off-site. 4. Immediate notification of any hazardous substance spills or releases is required. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the product will be delivered to or performed at. Place of Performance Services will be performed at various U.S. Coast Guard facilities located in South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida as specified in the Statement of Work. Bidder Requirements This solicitation is set aside for Small Business participation. Bidders must meet the following requirements: - Must be a Small Business as defined by the SBA. - Must possess the necessary licenses/certifications for pesticide application. - Must provide proof of compliance with all relevant regulations regarding pest management.
