Work Details The contract requires the provision of Collins Aerospace Secure CDL ISR (SCISR 2) Communication Radios. Offerors must include part numbers and pricing in their quotes. The evaluation will be based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method, and offers must not be listed on the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) National Security Systems (NSS) restricted list.
