The purchase and installation of a new standalone, Network Video Management System (NVMS), fixed/panoramic/PTZ IP cameras, client workstations, control center flat panel monitors, and all additional equipment and appurtenances necessary for a fully functional IP VSS located at the Paul D. Wellstone Federal Building, 212 Third Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401, to include the purchase, installation, and programming of network Power over Ethernet (PoE) switching and uninterruptible power supplies for all associate NVMS components to make this a fully functional system.
