Removal and Recycling of Storage Sheds

Summary: Background The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center (PIFSC) is seeking contractors for the removal and recycling or disposal of four steel storage sheds. This project aims to enhance the operational efficiency at the Inouye Regional Center (IRC) campus located on Ford Island, Oahu, Hawaii. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Removal of four steel storage sheds from the IRC campus. 2. Recycling or proper disposal of the removed sheds in accordance with environmental regulations. 3. Repositioning of up to three Conex containers at the IRC campus. The work must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including safety standards. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the construction projects will be performed (if provided) Place of Performance Inouye Regional Center (IRC) campus on Ford Island, Oahu, Hawaii. Bidder Requirements Bidders must meet the following requirements: 1. Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). 2. Valid contractor licenses relevant to construction and demolition work. 3. Bid/payment/performance bonds may be required as part of the bidding process.
