Background The Hawaii Air Force National Guard requires a contractor to perform Fire Alarms Repair Services on facilities located on the islands of Oahu, Maui, and Hawaii. This announcement serves as a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes and is not a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Fire Alarms Repair Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The objectives include: performing complete repairs, post-repair operation tests, and annual inspections of all active and passive fire protection and life safety features in compliance with UFC 3-601-02 and NFPA 72. Specific tasks include: - For Buildings 301, 302, and 303 at the Hawaii Air National Guard in Kahului Maui: - Replace, program, and test the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP). - Replace and test batteries and fire alarm pull stations. - Conduct inspections of heat detectors and horn-strobe units. - For Buildings 701 to 705 at the Keaukaha ANG station in Hilo: - Perform similar replacements and testing as outlined for Maui buildings. - For Buildings 1922 and 1923 at the 297th Air Traffic Control Squadron in Kalaeloa: - Install conventional FACPs with KingFisher relays, backup batteries, push button kits, smoke detectors followed by operational testing. All repairs must adhere to fire codes and regulations. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the contract will be performed (if provided) Place of Performance The services will be performed at various locations including Kahului Maui (Buildings 301-303), Hilo (Buildings 701-705), and Kalaeloa Oahu (Buildings 1922-1923).
