The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is a non-profit health organization formed to manage programs and services previously provided by the Indian Health Service in Alaska. Bidders must hold a current Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) certification or possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with an active Professional Engineer (PE) license. They must demonstrate experience as the lead commissioning authority on at least three projects in inpatient healthcare facilities within the last three years located in cold climate regions.
