Work Details

The contract requires the provision of the Cloud Smartsheet Platform as a SaaS solution under the Enterprise Plan Legacy Collaborator Model. Key components include: - Access for a minimum of 75 Licensed Users with the ability to add more on-demand. - Provision of 150 Data Shuttle Workflows with additional workflows available at a set price per 50 workflows. - Provision of 210 Dynamic Views Configurations/Views with additional views available at a set price per 30 views. - Documentation for effective setup and usage. - Access to Smartsheet University’s eLearning for all users. - 24/7 global support including phone, email, and live chat. - Pro Desk guided coaching sessions for practical advice and best practices.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed over a period of one year due to licensing structure changes affecting multi-year agreements.

Place of Performance
