Cafe/kitchen equipment and ice machines maintenance

Background

The State Accident Insurance Fund Corporation (SAIF) is an independent public corporation established by the Oregon Legislature, headquartered in Salem, Oregon. SAIF is the leading provider of workers' compensation insurance in Oregon, covering over 600,000 workers through policies with more than 54,000 employers. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for maintenance, on-call, and emergency services for café/kitchen equipment and ice machines located at SAIF offices in Salem and Lake Oswego.

Work Details

The selected vendor will be responsible for: 1. Providing preventative maintenance services for the café/kitchen equipment and ice machines according to each manufacturer's specifications, with maintenance performed quarterly unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. 2. Offering on-call and emergency services within an agreed timeframe for equipment malfunctions.

Period of Performance

The contract is expected to commence on September 1, 2026, and will run until August 31, 2029.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at SAIF's offices located in Salem and Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Bidder Requirements

Proposers must conduct criminal background checks on all employees who will have direct contact with SAIF employees or facilities. Proposals must include a signed certification confirming compliance with all RFP requirements and that no collusion has occurred in proposal preparation.
