Work Details

Families will pay the hotel directly at the contracted rate, while the University may cover costs for unoccupied rooms or a portion of costs for families during their stay. Additionally, four (4) reserved rooms specifically for Bone Marrow Transplant patients are required, with similar payment arrangements. The supplier must also provide options for flex rooms if all reserved rooms are occupied.
