Work Details

The contract involves providing one (1) Instrumented Bertec Staircase with Handrails, which must meet the following specifications: - Four-level staircase with three instrumented steps and one non-instrumented landing. - Each instrumented step must be 3 ft wide × 1 ft deep, and the landing surface must be a minimum of 3 ft wide × 2 ft deep. - Two instrumented handrails are required. - The staircase must include a 6-component force measurement from each plate (Fx, Fy, Fz, Mx, My, Mz) with a load capacity of 2000N (10,000 lb) per step. - Portable force plates (FP3192-06-PT-2000) that can be detached for standalone use are required. Each handrail must have a 3-component force output (Fx, Fy, Fz) with two load cells per handrail. - The staircase should be mounted on wheels for portability.
