Cheese Shredded Blend & Sliced Low Sodium

Background

The Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC) is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the procurement of Cheese, specifically Sliced Low Sodium. Work Details

The contractor will provide Cheese, Sliced Low Sodium, with the following specifications: - Each slice must weigh between 14 to 18 grams and contain at least 2 grams of protein per serving. - The sodium content must not exceed 130 mg per slice. - Acceptable cheese types include American, Swiss, or Cheddar. - An estimated total quantity of 40,000 pounds is required for delivery. All goods must comply with FDA/USDA standards and be delivered in compliance with specified packaging and labeling requirements.

Period of Performance

The contract start date is to be determined, with the first delivery expected after the issuance of a Purchase Order. Deliveries are anticipated within 45 days after receipt of order.

Place of Performance

Goods will be delivered to the Oregon Department of Corrections' Central Distribution Center located at 3601 State Street, Salem, OR 97301.

Bidder Requirements
