Background The 60th Maintenance Squadron / Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) Flight at Travis Air Force Base is seeking to replace their existing surveillance camera system for Building 564. The current system is inadequate, lacking coverage and compliance with NDA-889 standards. The goal of this contract is to provide a new surveillance system that meets these requirements and enhances security capabilities. Work Details The contractor shall provide a surveillance camera system consisting of 24 cameras, including: - 22 Cameras (CCTV Security Pros or equal): - Minimum of 8 Megapixel IP Camera (3840×2160) - 2.8-12mm 4x Motorized Adjustable Lens - Infrared / Color Night Vision up to 164ft - Low light performance - H.265 Video Compression - Weatherproof for indoor/outdoor use - Power Over Ethernet (PoE) - 2 Cameras (Hanwha XNP-6400RW or equal): - Maximum resolution of 2MP - Optical zoom of 40x (4.25~170mm) - Maximum IR viewable length of 200m - Intelligent Analytics with object auto tracking capabilities The video recorder must include: - Wide Range (120dB) audio capability - A minimum of a 4TB hard drive with remote viewing features and no monthly fees, as well as four hard drive bays for future expansion. Delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of order. Bidders must provide new equipment only; refurbished equipment will not be accepted.
