Scope of Work

Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Industrial Hygiene Survey Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please see attached for full synopsis solicitation details. Deadline for receipt of your proposal is established for no later than 2:00 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), Tuesday, June 30, 2026. All questions concerning this requirement must be submitted by Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM CDT. Questions will be answered via an amendment to this solicitation. Background The U.S. Army National Guard (MSARNG) is seeking to contract for Industrial Hygiene Surveys across 19 maintenance facilities in Mississippi. The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through comprehensive industrial hygiene assessments. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Industrial Hygiene Survey Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services will include conducting surveys at the following locations: - AASF #2 Tupelo - FMS #1 Tupelo - CSMS #2 Camp McCain - UTES Camp McCain - FMS #5 Senatobia - FMS #6 Greenville - AASF #1 Jackson - AASF #3 Meridian - FMS #2 Louisville - FMS #3 Brookhaven - FMS #7 Decatur - FMS #9 Brandon - ASP Camp Shelby - CSMS #1 Camp Shelby - FMS #10 Camp Shelby - MATES Camp Shelby - USPFO Camp Shelby - FMS #4 Gulfport - AVCRAD Gulfport. The contractor is responsible for shipping samples to the designated laboratory (WOHL Wisconsin Occupational Health Laboratory) for analysis. The contractor must also adhere to applicable wage determinations as specified. Period of Performance The contract will have a Base Period of 12 months with four (4) additional Option Periods of 12 months each. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at various locations across Mississippi including maintenance facilities in Tupelo, Camp McCain, Greenville, Jackson, Meridian, Louisville, Brookhaven, Decatur, Brandon, Gulfport and others. Bidder Requirements Bidders must meet the requirements for a Total Small Business Set Aside. They must have relevant experience in industrial hygiene services and possess necessary certifications or licenses related to occupational health and safety. Key personnel must have qualifications that align with the requirements of the Performance Work Statement.
