Summary: Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Eastern Colorado Health Care System is issuing a solicitation for a TRU-D Service Agreement. Key tasks include: - Onsite work between 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Sunday. - 24/7 on-call technical support. - Provision of a loaner unit onsite within 72 hours if factory service is required. - Annual hospital site visits for preventive maintenance, sensor calibration, and device tune-up. - Comprehensive warranty covering defects or workmanship. - Bulb protection plan with replacement bulbs at the end of their life. - Continuous training and education for operators and managers. - Devices must be back in service with onsite repair within 48 hours of reported issues.
