Specific tasks include: 1. Provide technical support for establishing and updating EMS protocols; 2. Conduct annual evaluations of existing EMS protocols and recommend updates; 3. Perform quarterly reviews of ambulance runs and service calls; 4. Analyze monthly response times for emergency calls; 5. Conduct random audits of documentation related to emergency medical care; 6. Provide recommendations on local EMS quality improvement policies.
