Background The solicitation is issued by the U.S. Air Force for the HVAC Replacement at Building 225, Creech AFB, NV. While that prior effort was not limited to HVAC replacement, it covered construction activities at Creech AFB that are similar in nature to performing site work, installation-related tasks, and code-compliant building modifications as required for the B225 HVAC replacement.
