This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The basis for the sole source is that only Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) can meet the Government's schedule requirements without incurring unacceptable duplicative costs. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement in the future. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Work Details The contract involves the procurement of two specific kits: 1. ACOMM-2839 10kHz Multi-RX PSK Micromodem Deck Gear Kit - Quantity: 1, Delivery Date: 30-SEPT-2026. 2. ACOMM-2839 10kHz Multi-RX PSK Micromodem Vehicle Kit - Quantity: 1, Delivery Date: 30-SEPT-2026. The procurement is unrestricted. Period of Performance Delivery by 30-SEPT-2026. Place of Performance The geographic location(s) the product will be delivered to or performed at.
