Background The Indian Health Service, Phoenix Area Office, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for non-personal clinical staffing services for Hopi Health Care Center (HHCC) in Polacca, Arizona. Work Details The contractor will provide non-personal professional clinical staffing services in the following categories: - Emergency Department Physician Services - Inpatient/Hospitalist Physician Services - Emergency Department Registered Nurse Services - Inpatient Registered Nurse Services - Outpatient Registered Nurse Services. The contractor shall recruit, screen, propose, onboard, schedule, manage, and replace qualified personnel capable of providing these services. Specific tasks include evaluating and treating patients in the Emergency Department; managing inpatient care; providing outpatient nursing services; ensuring compliance with HHCC Medical Staff Bylaws and facility policies; maintaining patient confidentiality; and participating in emergency response operations as needed. Cultural responsiveness and adherence to the unique needs of the Hopi community are emphasized throughout all services provided. Period of Performance The ordering period for this contract is five years from the date of award. Place of Performance Services will be performed at Hopi Health Care Center located at P.O. Box 4000, Highway 264, Mile Marker 388, Polacca, Arizona 86042.
