Background The Special Boat Training Command operates under the U.S. Naval Special Warfare Command and focuses on supporting Foreign Security Assistance and Combatant Commanders' Theater Security Cooperation priorities. The command requires portable restroom facilities due to inadequate current facilities during the Strategic Leaders International course, necessitating reliance on a local vendor for portable restrooms. Work Details The contractor is required to provide a 10-station portable trailer restroom service to accommodate approximately 120 students during the Strategic Leaders International Course at Stennis Space Center, MS. The restrooms must include: - Vertical water holding tanks, HVAC, lights, sinks, urinals (for men), toilets, vanities, mirrors, waste receptacles, paper towel holders, and soap dispensers. - Paper towel holders and soap dispensers must be refilled weekly with extra stock provided for overflow. - Men's room must have 2 stalls, 3 urinals, and 2 sinks; women's room must have 5 stalls and 2 sinks. - Trailers must be emptied/pumped out of waste twice weekly or as needed. - Secure tie downs are required for trailers due to weather-related events. - The contractor must be available 24/7 for emergency services related to equipment failure or maintenance. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a base period of 12 months from the award date with four optional periods of performance each lasting an additional 12 months.
