Background The Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC) is conducting a Market Survey Questionnaire to gather information for future Technical and Security Support. This initiative aims to enhance the capabilities of manned and unmanned ground systems for current and future military forces. The survey is intended for market research purposes only, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. Responses are voluntary, and no reimbursement will be provided for costs incurred in response to this survey. Work Details The future requirement includes conducting analysis and providing recommendations to plan, develop, integrate, and sustain advanced ground system capabilities. Key tasks include: - Analysis of systems and processes during operational and support phases of the life cycle. - Identification of potential improvements and implementation of those improvements. - Procurement of hardware, software, and raw materials necessary for technological systems. - Facilitation of development, integration, and evaluation of various ground vehicle system technologies. - Protection of cyber systems in compliance with Army and DoD regulations. - Planning and configuring cyber systems for continuous monitoring and updates. - Conducting vulnerability scanning and auditing for cyber security assessments. - Developing comprehensive Test & Evaluation (T&E) Plans in accordance with Government strategies. Additionally, bidders should demonstrate experience in various competencies related to ground vehicle systems technology development, cyber security protection, risk management during testing events, and managing classified events.
