Background The Bureau of Administration, Global Operations has established the Permanent Change of Station (PCS) Lodging Program to provide temporary lodging for Department of State (DOS) sponsored personnel. The lodging must be located within a reasonable commute to the George P. Shultz National Foreign Affairs Training Center and comply with federal safety codes. Period of Performance Base Year plus four option years and a six-month option to extend. Place of Performance Washington D.C. metropolitan area (DMV).
