Background The Marine Forces Reserve is seeking warranty and maintenance services for five Government-owned Spectrum Guard Pro Systems. This contract aims to ensure continued operational readiness following the expiration of the original two-year warranty procured in 2023. The procurement received ITPRAS approval on March 9, 2026, and is structured as a warranty-only service contract. Work Details The contractor will provide warranty and maintenance services including: 1. Technical Support & Responsiveness: 100% of initial responses must meet the timeframes specified in the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all reported issues, with no exceptions. 2. Hardware & Software Resolution: 98% of hardware/software issues must be resolved or have replacement items shipped within the timelines specified in the SLA table according to their severity level. 3. Software & Firmware: Provide all bug fixes, security patches, minor version updates, and major version upgrades as they become commercially available. 4. Logistics & RMA Process: Issue an RMA number within one business day for validated Level 1 or 2 hardware failures and cover all shipping costs for warranty repairs without charging the Government. 5. Monthly Reporting: Submit a Warranty and Maintenance Report by the 5th business day of the following month that is accurate, complete, and contains all required information such as ticket counts and RMA statuses. Period of Performance The total period of performance will span from June 19, 2026, through June 18, 2031, if all options are exercised. Place of Performance The geographic location(s) the contract will be performed (if provided). Bidder Requirements Bidders must have experience with warranty services for similar systems and may need to demonstrate capabilities in technical support and logistics management related to hardware repairs.
